Tips and Steps for Easy Registration
Start Early
Register early to avoid rush and allow time for accurate information submission.
Who is Registering?
Clarify if your teacher is registering you or if you need to register with your parents to avoid missing the deadline.
Accuracy
Ensure all fields, including contact info and file uploads, are filled accurately.
Check Status
After registering, monitor your status. Contact us if it’s pending.
ID & Photos
Ensure you have a valid ID and participant photo ready to avoid registration delays.
Email Confirmation
In order to submit registration forms, you must establish an account on the registration portal website. Navigate to the "register" link located in the top right corner and register for a new account. After confirming your account via email, you can access the website by logging in.
Pending
When a registration form's status is labeled as "pending," it signifies that there is an issue with the form that must be addressed during registration. If you encounter a problem that you are unable to promptly resolve, please reach out to us for assistance.
File Uploads (ID, Photo)
Please note that the registration forms include file uploads, including ID and photo).
Please upload participant ID and photo and not parent.

After you have submitted a registration form through your account, you will be have access to monitor its status. It is possible that further updates will be provided through your account at a later time such as the prelim competition schedule.
