Before You Register

Follow these three simple steps to prepare for a smooth and successful registration.

  1. Step 1 of 3

    Create Your Account

    First, set up your account to access the registration portal.

    • Navigate to the "Register" link in the main menu.
    • Use your email to create a new account.
    • Check your email to verify your account before logging in.

    New for 2026: Forms can be shared between parent, teacher, and student accounts for easy collaboration.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    Prepare Your Documents

    Have these files ready to upload. All documents must be for the participant.

    • Competitor ID (with photo)

      Acceptable: Passport, driver's license, or state-issued ID.

    • Competitor Photo (passport style)

      A clear, recent photo with a plain background.

    • Consent Form (if under 18)

      Required and signed by a parent/guardian.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    Understand the Process

    After you submit, your registration will go through a review process.

    Awaiting Review Reviewed Verified

    A "Pending" status means we need you to correct an issue. If you're stuck, please contact support.
