Distribution Notice
Awards are distributed only within North America. They must be claimed in person; nothing will be shipped internationally. Umrah travel is available exclusively for U.S. and Canadian residents traveling from North America. No substitutions or international transfers.

Requirements
- Valid passports (6+ months before expiry from departure date)
- Parent(s) must submit documents within one week
- All travelers must secure Saudi visa online
- North America residents only
- Decision & documents due by July 15 (3 days after award ceremony)
If requirements are not met, eligibility will be forfeited.
Vehicle Award
Toyota RAV4 or equivalent
Prize Details
Awarded to the 1st place winners of the 30 Juz Memorization category.
- Brand new vehicle
- Distribution limited to North America
- Must be claimed in person
- Special ceremony with the winner's parent/guardian, teacher, competition representative, and media.
- Legal paperwork and other logistics communicated with winners
Vehicle may differ in make, model, color, or features from display.
Planning to Perform Umrah? (Open to All Interested)
- Winners, their parent(s), and interested community members who plan to travel during the group window are welcome to participate.
- Contact us in April–May to join the interest list; if eligible, we’ll share step-by-step instructions on how to join (flights, lodging, transporation, etc).
- The competition books tickets only for the winner and parent(s) (parents pay for their entire expenses).
- If you pre-book for a competitor who later wins, the competition will reimburse the winner’s ticket per policy.
Note: Anyone anticipating Umrah during this window should reach out in April–May. If eligible, how to join will be shared with you.

Participation Requirements
Minimum participation for specialty divisions
Minimums & Cancellations
Ten Qirāʾāt categories: Minimum 5 participants. If fewer than 5 register, the category is cancelled and applicants are notified.
Best Voice categories: Minimum 5 participants. If fewer than 5 register, the category is cancelled and applicants are notified.
Awards Scaled by Participation
Ten Qirāʾāt: If 6–9 participants register, only 1st place receives a monetary award. 2nd & 3rd receive certificate awards (no monetary award).
Best Voice: If 6–9 participants register, only 1st place receives a monetary award. 2nd & 3rd receive certificate awards (no monetary award).
At 10+ participants, standard 1st–3rd monetary awards apply.
Note: Memorization and Islamic Studies divisions have fixed positions and award amounts regardless of participation levels.
