Turn livestreams and recitations into clips, reels and highlight films.

Announcements, certificates, stage graphics and print materials in the new identity.
Email and communications
Answer families, judges and institutions clearly and on time from the shared inbox.
Registration
Review registrations and help families through the portal from February to July.
Administration
Scheduling, records and coordination that keep every project on track.
Logistics
Venues, hospitality, travel and supplies for the Final Round and the awards.

Each stage and competition area needs an experienced point of contact who handles questions, quick decisions and urgent needs. Every round also needs coordinators, check-in volunteers and hosts.
